Gingerbread George presents a range of historic miniatures modeled on actual New Zealand heritage buildings that have stood the test of time. Crafted in Dunedin, New Zealand, our miniatures are perfect as a gift, souvenir or collector's item.

Each miniature is painstakingly crafted from clay to match the vernacular architecture of the building. A mould is then made to capture the incredible detail created by the sculptor. Once the mould is ready the miniatures can be cast in drystone, which ensures the detail of the mould is retained for years to come. Finally our artists hand paint the miniature to match the buildings original appearance.
